Glenbrook Avenue Main Bath

This dated main bath was causing my clients bath time chaos. Without enough storage Mom & Dad were not happy. And bad lighting meant the kids and guests were not happy either.

White and blue are a classic design combination and we felt done in this fresh way made this room work for the children and family guests. The dark blue glass tile is a fun accent but will look classic for years. The colourful accessories are perfect for the children and are contemporary enough to appeal to adults as well. White tiles, fixtures and cabinetry makes this space feel larger than it’s actual footprint. The white also helps keep it light and airy. Additional lighting was added in the tub area for evening tub time and showers too. The built-in niche keeps essentials handy. The additional counter space and cabinet add storage as well.

Alternate view allows you to view the additional counter space created over the toilet area. This Corian product is stain resistant and easy to maintain in a family home. We made sure the toilet could be installed and the tank lid could be removed prior to ordering and installing.

Detail photo of the bright accessories that are fun for kids and adult appropriate as well. The built-in niche is easy to keep clean and is family sized for shampoo and wash accessories.

  1. More people are going with classier fixtures and accessories in their bathrooms now than ever before. Your own bathroom should be a mini retreat and be equipped to give you both comfort and privacy. You want your bathroom to always be clean but even more than that, germ free. As a married man, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the majority of women consider the comfort of the bathroom as important as the bedroom which may explain why homes being built today have master bathrooms rival the size of bedrooms.
